About the Race
Community Run/Walk
Mark your calendars and get your superhero cape ready! The WonderGirl 5K is a fun-filled community event. Our theme this year is 'super heroes.’ Women, men, kids, pets and costumes welcome! The WonderGirl is also the graduation race for our fall program participants, and over seventy girls will be running the race with their Running Buddies.
Route
The race is at Seward Park, a breathtaking peninsula on Lake Washington. The route follows the flat-as-a-pancake paved walking path around the edge of the peninsula, then at about the halfway mark heads uphill for a short loop in the upper part of the park, before rejoining the lower walking loop. Stroller friendly.
Timing
The WonderGirl is non-competitive, and will not be timed. We do plan to provide a clock at the finish line so that runners can check their time.
Post-Race Celebration and Raffle
After the race we will hold a brief ceremony to recognize our fall program participants, and we will announce the raffle winners. All participants will be automatically entered into a raffle to win a pair of shoes from New Balance.

Day-of Registration is cash or check only, and will begin at 8am.
Be a Hero!
Hero race registrations include donation amounts above the race fee that go directly to the Girls on the Run program. You'll also get fun costume props on race day to show your encouragement and support for the girls!

Pre-Registration: $20
Super Duper Hero: $50, comes with stylin' cape, power wrist band, and face mask
Super Hero: $40, comes with power wrist band, and face mask
Hero: $30, comes with face mask
Pre-Registration with no t-shirt: $16

Group Registration

100% of Proceeds will be Donated to Girls on the Run of Puget Sound
Girls on the Run provides an after-school fitness and empowerment program for 3rd-5th grade girls. This fall, we are coaching girls at eight sites throughout the Puget Sound. Girls on the Run is a non-profit organization.
What Happened to the Diva Dash?
In past years, the WonderGirl has been known as the Diva Dash. We changed the name at the request of our national Girls on the Run office.
